2017 SS1LE, Randy, Laguna Seca, enough said!

The new 2017 SS1LE sounds pretty impressive!

Al and his team really outdid themselves

Did you watch the video, it said it ties the GT350R. And where are you going to get a GT350R for 35,700?

Isn't the starting MSRP on the 350R around $62K? For that kind of cash I'll take the ZL1.

Cheaper than a GT350R, but not that cheap. That's still a $45,000 car.

Where you going to get a 1Le for that price......1ss starts at 37900. Add the 1le package and you hit 45k.

ZL1 or GT350R, would never settle for lower when the price is anything upwards of 40k.... Lol

I always laugh when someone puts "enough said" in their post like nothing else is allowed and definitely wrong.
I also think it's funny that car magazines display a car out of control on their covers or teaser videos that is being talked about as be
one of the best at staying in control. Drifting around a corner is not fast. Come on guys.

It's a nice car , but too much money for what you get in my book. It also doesn't has that same visual appeal as the Gen5 1LE for me. I can't place it because I like the GEN6 car ,but it' lacking something visually that the gen5 version had. I'll be waiting for a ZL1.

A $45k car that ran Laguna Seca just as fast as the '14-'15 Z/28 is impressive to say the very least. What many people won't realize is that the 1LE is simply a performance package that can be added to a 1SS Camaro. It is in direct competition with Ford's GT350 and that car is a stand alone model built from the ground up to be a track car. We'll have to wait and see what GM has up their sleeve to take on the GT350R.

Sooo much misinformation in this thread... Lol

17' 1LE MSRP 45k

350R 62K MSRP - impossible to get without mark up. 20-25k mark up.
350 starts at 47k MSRP and goes all the way to 60k. - very very hard to get without mark up. 5-10k mark up.

The 17' 1LE being 1.6 sec off of the 350R, tells me the new 1LE should be faster or at least as fast as the nonR 350s. For a lot less.

Ford's latest joke dropped below 6 figures on the street finally? What planet was this on exactly? Good luck hunting that mythical unicorn.
