i am in the process of doing this conversion, folks say i can trim to re use the SS plastic harness holder absorber.

my question is, will the stock SS metal bumper crash bar fit the ZL1 bumper?

The bumper is fine, it’s the plastic crash absorber that’s the problem. I used the ZL1 absorber because I was under the impression you really have to trim the crap out of it to make it work, didn’t seem worth it
