Brake light question

Do the zl1 brake light attach to the trunk lid or to the spoiler? If is to the lid, attach with bolts or 3m double face tape?

depends on the year. 14-15 are in the trunk lid but unsure on attachment.

Do you think that an oem zl1 rear spoiler fits exactly in the same bolts holes than in a ss camaro? Thanks.
