Took this one of Blue when I had him out last weekend. AND….. for once I didn’t add another 67-72 Chevy truck to my fleet, instead I bought this rust free, all original-unmolested, one owner legitimate 50K mile, loaded IROC-Z. Been sitting 20 years but sure is a real diamond in the rough. The interior is in stupid good condition all things considered.

And yes it has T-Tops and they don’t leak surprisingly. I tested it out when I power washed everything. The T-Top center bar isn’t rusted out either. The desert has its perks.

Surprisingly the interior is rat free not a turd in sight and it smells like 35 year old interior mixed with a healthy helping of NM dust - no rat piss!
I can’t wait to get a side by side of them together. I just brought the IROC home this week.
You also like blue things?

5 gen. I won't comment - it's just beautiful

But let's look at the beauty!
After the usual resuscitation procedure ... Is it working?

I had the opportunity to ride with Iroc with the manual and I really liked it.

I see automatic transmission ...
This is 350 cui?

What is the plan for this project?

I’m working on repairing and replacing the fuel system currently so I can try and get it running soon. I’ve pulled the spark plugs and lubed the cylinders so hopefully it won’t take too much more other than cleaning the fuel tank and replacing the pump to get it running good. Obviously after replacing all the fluids and filters.

I figured you might be one who would like this one. I know you like all Camaros! I’m going to get this car running and slowly and start making it faster and handle the curves better. My plan is to build it with my son and give it to him when he is able to and ready to drive. It’s a TPI 305 and 700R4 automatic transmission.

To answer your question nothing body wise is Lingenfelter. You have a 2015 SS with aftermarket 6th front bumper and a z28 rear diffuser. ACS composites hood, generic Gill duct cover and that looks like another acs part on your front fender. I actually have questions about your hood I hope you can help me with.

if you could do me a huge favor and do 2 measurements on your hood for me? 1st measurement from the back of your hood near the windshield to the top of the window you have in the hood. 2nd measurement from the top of the window to the bottom center peak point. I have a hood I want to cut a hole in so it can display my supercharger. If you can do that you would help me out tremendously! I hope you can come through for me so thanks in advance bro.

I brought it to work today and took some pictures. Probably wash it tonight because it’s in desperate need of it.
Those covers are cool. I run mine all the time, and they attract a lot of attention no doubt..

I saw this Lingenfelter Camaro at a show in 2016 but obviously yours is more recent with the 6th gen front bumper cover style.
