Sure. I would feel guilty to leave this ZL1 behind. These are rare jewels now so can you imagine how it will be in the future ?

My other choices were expensive and despite the price they do have quality issues. I can deal with a risk of $65K, but imagine taking $180K RR SVR that breaks down before the first service. I will hate my life for buying it !!

Well I didnt have a choice really. 2020 lock down destroyed many businesses. Exports and shipping were ceased so my dealer couldnt get any 2020 models at all. He needs to wait until 2021 and from what I heard the ZL1 didnt change much.

I thought that if I didnt like the white, I always have the choice to paint it. But living in country with 90% of the year is almost summer and it is dusty, white is a life saver.

My 2SS was black and in May every year I feel my brain is cocked.

I still have my 2010 white 2SS but there's a Gen 6 in my future. Plans got delayed by COVID so I'm enjoying the old car for one more season.

But I'm looking forward to all the technology and quickness of Gen 6.
Thanks guys. You are awesome

For those who wish to move from Gen 5 to Gen 6, I can say (( Man )) you need to lose some weight

Gen 5 has more room and comfort. I'm not a big guy but feel squeezed in those Recaros. It takes time to adjust the seat sittings just like driving a Camaro for the first time in 2010

That's funny!

If pure speed was the most important thing, the 6th gen ZL1 would be the obvious choice. However, I like to spend time looking and admiring the styling too and the 6th gen just doesn't do it for me IMO.

I get your point. I saw the 6th Gen before buying my SS 5th Gen in 2014 which I consider the best looking 5th Gen in the line up.

But now I can see the best looking ZL1 so far. I didnt want to miss this chance. I feel bad not to have enough space for my SS so I had to sell it.

I guess at the end for me staying loyal to the brand is what matters the most as I was considering other car brands.

You will never regret it. GM did a good job on this one.

The only problem is the interior space and dash board quality (full of plastics). They can do much better.

You’ve come a long way from that 2010! Very nice.

Yes I did. 10 years of true love to the brand.

This ZL1 A10 is the creme de la creme and the cherry of the cake. Compared to the L99, this one fills all the empty gaps.

Ride quality, mind blowing acceleration, smooth gear shifts, and no AMF that kills the joy. The steering is incredibly soft but yet the car is glued to the road like a train on a track.

Amazing just amazing.
