z28 question
i know from lookin around here that the z28 is a big "if" right now, but i have a question. if the z28 were to be made, would they make it in automatic, or only manual?

I say treat it like a ZO6 with the vette and only make it manual. But I doubt it, I'm sure they would make both, they don't want to limit who they could sell to.

CTS-V is available in both manual and automatic, so it would be possible to do both. But the auto in the CTS-V is a different trans than the Camaro so that would be some more development and validation work.
Depends on the volumes. A manual only would certainly keep it lower in volume. I guess we'll just have to wait and see if there is ever a Z28. Then we can worry about it being available with both manual and auto.
