Pros/cons: Black paint vs white paint
I'm leaning towards black... but the white is more rare and looks awesome, I think. What are some things to consider when choosing black vs.white?

Black is a great color, but high maintenance to keep it that way. I have had two black car and will not get another one due to the work to keep it in top shape. White is much easier to keep looking great.

Black is very difficult to keep looking nice, my first camaro was black, I just traded up for a 1LE and went with AGM because of the difficulty I had with black.
Up to you and how much time you want to put in, white will show dirt as well, but swirls won't be anywhere near as noticeable. Either way you will be happy |

I say go with Summit White!! I am biased, though. I also like the black so I think whichever you choose you cant go wrong!!

Went with white...I think dark colors make a car look "smaller" imo...but "Black is Beautiful"...(obviously)...lol

Haters gonna hate?

If I could do it over (not that I would), I would get white. IMO looks better than black.

That's what I'm afraid of...what kind of maintenance? Waxing/ detailing? I'm not about that life. I just want it to look good with minimal effort.

That's a hard choice. Black is sexier, but you have clean it more. Black shows more scratches. White is cool when your going to do stripes on the car because unusual colors look good on white.
I would get blue!

I think white brings out the curves more than the black . My first choice was white with black stripes, but I whent with ashen grey. I wish I had time machine.

Then get white, trust me. Black won't be a good choice for you.

I beg your pardon, but I think your talking about a new Camaro? I've had both black and white vehicles! Both cars look good when cleaned up! But, the dirt and grime doesn't seem to show up as bad on the white! Plus, the white will be a little cooler in the summer, while the black will absorb more heat! Black vehicles are hard to keep clean as the dirt and grime show up more, but look excellent when polished! I've had both of them and if I had to choose again, it would be the white one! But that's just MO! good luck with what ever you choose!
