LOL Grant, you know your car is awesome. We have to give you guys crap since it seems that all the HT's have em. It's like a rite of passage or something.

So...back on track.

We got the new LG G5 Adjustable Coilovers on the whip now. Such a different ride. Stiffer, like in the difference it was in going from no sways to sways. Really tightens up the ride. Simple install....easier Took it down about 2.5" but I really want to see about going down about 4" total to give it that really low look but need to see if it's gonna allow me to clear the Race Ready Cutouts. That might be a problem. I'll try to fit it in this week.

Also swapped out to a polished set of 21s to see if that gives it a different look....always liked these and less black paint to try and keep clean.

What you think guys??!

Right on Tommy. Thank you!

I can still see daylight....not enough is scraping so. LOL I'll try another 1" and see what happens.

The car drives so much different when it's slammed like that too. It takes off and hooks soooo much better now. Even with the 21s. I imagine with the 20's it would really launch.

Really appreciate the kind words friend. We like it and would like to think it's gonna be (one of) our last. LOL I think we said that 3 Camaros ago too when we built a big LT1 stroker...then the LS1 came out.

Right on! Thanks sir. LG has em at the $995 price right now. They had em at 1295 and weren't getting as much attention as they shoulda (brand new) so I asked if they could get them prices down below a G, I'd try a set and show em off. Here we are! LOL At the 1295 price, they'd still be worth it IMHO. They're one of my top 5 mods for sure!!

Appreciate all the comments...so much so that you've all inspired me to finally order up a set of our own Brian Tooley Racing Springs for a new Cam grind I wanna roll out in the next week or so.

Stay Tuned for that...should be pretttttty fun.

I really like what you're doing with it Ivan. The stance, blue accents, and the grill too. Definitely making it different.

Thanks Rob....glad I didn't go with IOM like I'd wanted to in the beginning. Seems like everybody has IOM with Black nowadays! A great look for sure but at least this way folks know who it is coming and going.

Appreciate the vibes fellas!

Thanks Sly....you know it's only cheating in CA if you get caught right?

At any rate, yessir. I was born in the Bay area and lived there for a while. I vividly remember my Dad having so much trouble when we'd take the (race) truck down for the Smog inspection/test deal. They'd fail him, hed act surprised, ask em what was needed, then go back to the shop and "fix" it.

This was in the early 80's so.....little different I'm sure.

I don't know how you guys honestly do it. I lived in San Diego from late 99- mid 2000 when I was driving a stroked LT1 car. Such a pain in the backside, always got stopped, had to show military ID to let em know I was TAD. Just a tough time for anybody wanting to do anything more than a license plate frame to their cars.

But you guys do have all them SoCal women and the beaches.....of course. LMAO
