Sorry I don't mean to sound harsh but it's just a color.
So if they have "Plenty of excuses", why paint multiple cars the more expensive "red jewel" color and not the at least one of those the less expensive cyber grey? Red Jewel is a popular Corvette color as well the same as Cyber grey however why not test out cyber grey on the Camaro during the final stage of testing.

And yes, the same colors do look different on different models for whatever reason as we have all seen.. I've seen multiple shades of cyber grey as well on the same ZR1 where the hood was more grey (less blue chips) than the rest of the body.. I understand GM's and Scott's explanation early on about why they chose the colors that they did at the time, however that same reasoning doesn't make sense anymore with the amount of vehicles out for testing now..

Thank you all who voted so far..

As you can see, a really small minority of 18 strong hardcore enthusiasts don't care to see cyber grey while over 107 even more hardcore enthusiasts do.. There is still time left to get one painted in cyber grey if they haven't done so already and have photo's taken of it..

I voted yes simply because I know it already exists (ok, I don't "know" but I'd be willing to bet) we just hadn't gotten lucky with it yet.

Exactly! ... I would love to see this color, this is the only color that would possibly change my mind from black,... and yes I think CGM looks different on different cars , I seen it also on Traverse and corvette,.(night and day)...any paint with metalic will have this effect, especially on different body shapes,...just my 0.02

LOL 22 of us apparently "Don't care to see it" Why even have that a selection? Pictures aside I think several of these colors CGM definately look different in person than they do in pics. And I mean that in a good way. Pic's don't do CGM, Red Jewel tc, and a couple others justice. I love the colors GM is giving us on this car.

props for getting a Camaro on top of a Z06!

back on topic: i'd like to see Cyber Gray as well, but i do understand that GM has a lot more to worry about & deal with than 1 color on 1 car right now. like Tag said, it would be easy to just repaint one of the Silver ones (or even an IVER just to see the body).

I'm glad you liked the hilarity I should have put in as option two " I don't give a rats @$$ in seeing that F'in color"

or in a British accent: " I don't give a rats @$$ in seeing that F'in color. Now piss off"

I think that would have been better

I really don't see why anyone wouldn't want to see a cyber grey camaro. GM's been making such a huge deal about this one color, you would think they would show it off so more people can see it. The only logical explanation would be that they don't know what shade of Cyber Grey they will be using..... never thought of THAT one huh guys

Not a possibility. They have the paint, its a color code with samples available in their book. The numbers are available to be able to mix the paint. If they changed the shade, they could get into a lawsuit.

The only thing they could do is tint the clear, but you wont see that from the factory.
