NEED HELP! Having all kinds of issues

So I finally got my car back together after having it sit for a year. I go to start it and it’ll fire but immediately cuts off. My my scanner tells me “camshaft position sensor circuit”, all the while my DIC is telling me engine oil low add oil. It’s absolutely not low on oil. So I change the cam sensor, try starting it a few times, same thing happening. My dad comes out to the garage as I’m typing this post and asks me if the new sensor fixed it. I tell him no, and for shiggles I tried starting it again, the thing fires right up and doesn’t skip a beat. He tells me to shut it off and try starting it again, fires up again. He tells me clear all codes and start it again. I clear all codes and I’m back to the same thing of it not wanting to stay started. I have no idea what to do or where to go from here. Any advice would be highly appreciated as I’m out of solutions.

Sounds like a VREF short. disconnect sensors one at a time to figure out which one went bad. If not a sensor a circuit fault

UPDATE: upon further going over it constantly I’ve determined it only doesn’t want to start again right after I clear CEL. Everytime I get it started I noticed it’ll fire every single time after shutting off and restarting until I clear codes. Once I clear the codes it gives me a fit again until it decides to start back up. It’s really weird and I’m confused as hell
