A spoiler is a flat, sometimes curved piece of plastic. They all look a like.

I think I had that exact same spoiler on my 1993 Saturn SC2.

And the third brake light on the trunk lid? Nasty.

I haven't seen much hate. Are we supposed to instantly fall in love with it simply because it's the Gen6? Current Gen set the bar high!

Just like the 5th gen paid homage to the first gen, it looks like the 6th gen is paying homage to the 2nd gen with the wrap around tail lights.

Hood View

i asked this a few months ago, but no one commented...is it just me, or according to that hood design, wouldn't the front fenders be visible from the the drivers point of view?

From a sports car perspective, that's a very good thing (like a P 911).

But maybe it's an inaccurate portrayel that hood pic?

I'm really hoping for a hatchback. They just feel roomier, for a big guy like me. The rear glass is also higher for some reason. Somethings going on with the rear body panel. I expect better trunk access at least. The short hood looks like it almost wraps around the engine. Larger front bumpers seem to be trending lately. Can't wait for the unveiling, final opinion after test drive!

Yea , I was thinking the same thing and thought that it would have been inside of rear window.

Exactly!

The 5th Gen will go down as the best modern day muscle car. This 6th Gen looks like the CARB peeps won and the are downsizing to meet EPA regulations.

And who's said anything about a 6th Gen ZL1? Don't hold your breath....
A 100% agree! And this is a fact.

The rear spoiler screams 1982 Trans Am like a screaming chicken:

Granted, although I love the 3rd gen Firebird, my preference for the 6th gen Camaro would be that the sides actually connect to the car, without the intermediate supports blocking rear visibility (i.e., pushed to the edges of the trunklid).

I don't like pedestal mount spoilers and that hood has alot more "character" than I expected. That said I'm anxious to see the car I bet it will come together nicely...
