I wish I could say more, so I will. Both builds use Pedders GMPP Licensed parts.

I guess you'll have to watch the new season of Inside West Coast Customs to be aired on HD Theater.

Have they released the new Chevrolet Sonic Z Spec with Pedders coilovers... Then there is a new project pending on a very high profile, some would say electric... There is also a new partnership with a motorsports legend named... And testing with another legendary company...

I can't tell you everything now. I would like to, but can't and it is killing me.

Dang, why couldn't my Denver Airport delay have been longer - go figure

I had two great sessions before the "incident" and another one after, so I feel pretty good about everything, and I do realize what I did wrong, so hopefully I can learn from it and keep improving my skills. I know all of you are gonna love the rear and the gear!!!! I can't wait to get this Beast back out on the 1/4 mile track when it opens back up!

On that note, My 18 inch Forgelines for the rear came in Thursday. I'm gonna try them on now to make sure I don't have any fitment issues. I'm still on the fence between the Nitto 050R's or the Mickey Thompson ET Street radials, if anyone has any input on this.
Wow Diana, glad you didn't have an "Ivan Event". Did you have to clean your seat after the 360s? Nothing like still having fun in the winter.

So there's alot to do at Cfest..... What's everyone here doing? Was asked to join team "LS3" for but not sure how much I can really do - looks like MWS is doing it too. Would like to do both strip and track - but would have to do quick tire changes! The Pfadt Track attack looks fun too. Other question is: has anyone heard if track is sticking to 11.5 second roll bar rule for the event? At sea level some of us could have to be short shifting or sandbagging if we hook up good. One Colorado member put it well..... "We need an inflatable roll bar".

Done! Took care of it this morn. Cant wait to hit the track again! It was interesting how the Nitto's enjoyed so much improvement via 15 PSI. My Mickey seem to like 18 PSI here, but that will vary as to track conditions. Best time here has been 11.8 but still had to short shift and do a rolling start for lack of traction (sorry track prep).

I doubt they will pick on us for a private event, just take your skull cap.
I think the shootout will be fun, I know LPE is bringing the beast so I will try to get them to run a exhibition run during it as they have a manual tranny and would love to stomp the auto's.

I also signed up for the morning track session, as did 2010 so you wont be alone changing tires. I will take my impact and floorjack so it will be quick. I can also store your DR's in my trailer.

I'm in too! I'm planning to do the road course and drag strip too, and whatever else I can fit in timewise. I like the inflatable roll bar idea. Heck I'd just be happy to break 11.5 and call it good if they are enforcing it.

Blue, I know MY seat stayed clean. I'll have to check the passenger seat. It was his first time at the track, and I had to go and spin him around like that. He was a trooper, though, and went back out with me after that.

We're getting excited for the fest for sure. April will be here before we know it.

PQ and team L99 vs GTAHVIT and team LS3

Should be fun!! The auto boys have gotten a little cocky and need to be taken down a notch. I need to talk with Graham about a exhibition run during the feud as it is a manual.

No, not Darren, He's been out there several times. This was a friend from our club, and he kept saying he didn't want to go out, and then he finally went out with another guy, and he said it was fun, but that he didn't go very fast, so I offered to take him out. The first 2 laps went great, then I was going to pass someone, and I moved to the left, when I was going over the hump where the oval joins the straight, I hit the gas, and it put me into a slide. I tried to correct to keep from going over the outside edge, and booom...360's. He must've had a little fun, cuz he did go back out with me again. We were very fortunate.

NOTE TO SELF: Don't nail the gas when going over a hump!

Come on Darren quit working long enough to defend yourself around here!

I guess I have to step in and say I have seen him burn around the track a few times, he is pretty good too.
