I have this kit installed about 1 week ago and I still don't know why it would'nt be a good product. Maybe is it because it does'nt come with a heat shield box, but when I press the gaz pedal I hear this sucking sound that tell me that it's picking up all the air that it needs. I felt quite a bit better performance from the engine.

These threads could be harmfull to some companies just because members have their opinions and their comments are not scientifically proven.....

I read some problems with Airaids box, some problems with CAI picking water and some comments about MAF problems whit other type of CAI.

The only thing I can say about G5CR is that it has lots of looks and I think that a filter that gets a lot of air from the front when the car is moving his better than a filter boxed without less air coming in.

I will see later on but so far I like my G5CR

I agree, I liked mine also, it was just time for a change. That is why I went with the Injen.
