yes it will hook up to your cat back exhaust. And it will completely change the way your car sounds. I had borla Atak cat back and i installed the long tubes and loved the sound, like day and night

So these headers come with high flow cats? Do they bolt up to stock pipes?

Yes high flow cats are included and will bolts up to stock exhaust
