went through road block

On the way to Ga to take two grandkids home, came upon a road block a half mile from home. I reached to get my license and it wasnt there. So I pull up to the officer and give him my registration and explained that my license is home on the dresser. He lets me go back for it. While turning around, both officers practically begged me to do a burnout!!! I declined. He tells me he knows its not stock. I tell him yes, long tube headers, k&n and tune. Says his Mopar would most likely not keep up! He wouldnt even try. I laughed and drove off slowly with both cops, hands in the air, saying do a burn out!

No doubt lol

As for the road block; talk about a scary situation turned good. Glad to hear the cops were cool like that

Good story. There are alot of cops that are car guys in my area, back when the 5th Gen Camaro's came out one followed me into a gas station just to check it out and ask me about the performance, we talked about 10 min, a nice guy.

Good job, Earl!...Don't think I would've done the burn-out either. You did the right thing...But just curious, are you sure they didn't let you off for no license because you were wearing your wife-beater shirt with the stars and bars on it?....lol...Just Kidding!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no reason for a roadblock in a free country and not informing the citizens of the purpose!!!
Never present your license unless the officer informs you why he pulled you over!!! Reasonable suspicion.

More than likely you're gonna be arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer. So how about keep your sovereign ideas to yourself
