L99 to LS3 conversion help

Starting tonight I will be doing an afm/dod/vvt delete, cam swap, cat delete, and resonator delete in my 2014 Camaro ss, my question is once I get everything back together and running is it ok for me to drive the car to the dyno to get it tuned or should I get it pulled to the dyno, itís about an hour drive or little more too the dyno.

Everything I read and know about these cars is they adapt pretty well. You should be able to drive it as long as your right foot doesn't get really heavy.

NO sir you will need a base tune.

When converting from L99 to LS3 valve train you are eliminating AFM system and VVT systems which have to be turned off in the tune along with hundreds of other changes in order for the car to run.

Without it the car will immediately go into reduced power mode and run on 4 cylinders.

Call me for a tune 203-753-7223
