They come with posts that stick through the grill and a mounting bracket for the backside. I received mine last week... just waiting on the Grill now.

I think Tag is right... they look upside down.

That's because it's a whole lot easier to put the emblem on when the grill is not installed...

Vintage emblems are easily available. What about the NEW Style Large SS for the front grill?

It's not the SLP but a repro 69 front emblem. Crap on the upside down, you guys got better eyes then me. Guess I need a quick fix and to think I put a blob of silicon on the nut/threads.

Just got mine finished today as well. Painted and installed for $250. They did a great job. What an amazing transformation with the grill.

I got today back from paint (Black in color instead of the grey color it came in). Will be installing it on Sunday. Here are pics of it before I install it:
