meh. Not my cup of tea on the 5th gens, but if people like it on their cars, more power to them. They're not horrible, but I wouldn't do it. I think a car's sidewalls should reflect the times of their era. And this era isn't about white letters. Strictly my opinion.

Disclosure- I have a few 80s so-called Oldsmobile "muscle cars" and yes, they sport the original-style Goodyear Eagle GT RWOL tires.

Yeah, I think this look is coming back! I'm seriously considering doing this when I get my Gen6! Some cars wont be able to pull it off though!

Yeah, I wish people would stop putting 20" or larger wheels with no sidewall tires on old cars. They certainly don't fit the era, and look silly most of the time.

I agree! I still like the back tires on the new camaro's to have just a little more meat on them. I think that looks bad ass!

I don't know why they ever went away. They look great on race cars today. You get a sense of how fast the wheels are turning.
