I have a few electric Camaros.
Here's a 2014 Z/28 with a '69 Z/28 trying to keep up.

Wonder it sounds like ...like a the hum of a generator (if any sound at all) followed by screeching tires ?

Doubt that car will live up to twisties racing like a petro car does.

Because I assume big power and bateries don't last too long....

I'd still rather have a real engine.

Faults of electric?

Can't drive / race far. Have to stop and charge for how long? Road racing twistes no?

No cam chop...

No sweet E85 / Race Fuel smell catless....

Working on an engine is therapeutic...

I love the parts... The pretty machined stuff like pistons, rods, crank, valves, etc...

It is a COPO Camaro guys. Not a 1Le. Designed to do one thing and one thing only. Go straight...…...And this one is the ECOPO which of course stands for electric COPO....Here is a video of how it sounds

Can't argue with a wheel stand like that. Gas or electric.
