Lightbulb 20" Rims on a 1.8" lowered Z28

Trying to figure out what does it take to fit a set of 20x8.5 ET 38 front and 20x10 ET 35 rear. The car is lowered by 1.8" all around. I'm open to suggestions on the tires.

Before anyone loses their shit. ..I know I will have better performance on 18s. But the 20s were a good deal and I don't mind modifying my car to make it fit. Ideally I'd want to run the fattest tires possible. Help me out fam.

Apparently it brings it about an inch closer to the wheel well. Now all I need to know is if you can lower an fbody by 2.8" should I even try?
