'02 Camaro Detailed - Swirl Correction

This is actually quite a rare find....a supercharged 4th Gen V6. Unfortunately I don't have any under-hood shots, although the owner said he'd get me some asap. He's only running 6psi right now but is working on hooking up a meth kit and bumping up to a 9psi pulley with 4.10 gears instead of his 3.42s. For a little 6 it's going to really rock and roll when he gets on it after it's finished up.

This guy's cruisin around in the clear lake area, so he might surprise some V8's that aren't expecting it :P

This Camaro was in pretty good condition, considering the car was 8 years old. The only issues present were the typical light swirling that develop over time and were mostly limited to the hood, roof and spoiler area with the worst swirling being on the spoiler and roof. The metallic flake in the pewter paint had slightly dulled and I was expecting it to really show through once the car had been polished and sealed.

This car had about 5 hours put into the exterior getting wash, clay, single stage polish and topping with a carnauba creme.

I typically am not a fan of Pewter, but the car came out great and somewhat made me a believer.

Spoiler Swirls (worst area on the car)

Roof Swirls

In the background is my trusty D151 and SIP; I'm currently working with M105.

Up close of the spoiler corrected...love all that metallic flake

Thanks for looking everyone!

Yep, he's got a great lookin 4th gen. The only thing I told him he needed to add was a set of clear corners up front. Amber and pewter don't mix well :P
