I have a clear bra so I'll be laying on the wax and bringing a dryer sheet. If you've not tried this before, a wet dryer sheet will bring the splattered bugs right off.

If you don't have clear bra, this can scratch the paint...

Ill have to ask my father where he got it. Hopefully he will remember.

I already have 2 cars coming in that thing so unless you have a golf cart you're S.O.L.!!!

Bugs are the least of your concerns... With no bra or clear bra stone chips is what I'd be worried about.... they don't spray/scrub off when you get there. Take your touch up paint with ya....

Griot's Garage Bug Barricade worked for me last year:

If bugs dry, you can use this before washing:

There is a stretch bra one of our club members uses and she swears by it. Easy on & off, sort of translucent & not horrible looking, but rather pricey as I recall. I just put on a fresh coat of detailer & they come off pretty easily.

Plastidip "Glossifier"" is a gloss clearcoat for Plastidip. It ends up with more of a satin finish rather than glossy like they claim, but it is clear and peels off just like normal Plastidip. This has the additional benefit of protecting from small rock chips vs. oil or paint sealant. The more coats you apply, the better the protection, and the glossier it gets (to a point). Quickly mask off the areas that you don't want coated (remove masking while still wet). Just peel it off when you're done.

I've never had that problem in 15 years. Maybe I've been using special dryer sheets?
