New upgrade for me.

So, I picked up a Bluetooth OBDII unit, magnetic vent mount and a 7" Android tablet.
Running Dash Command on the tablet is pretty cool!
It said my 0-60 time tonight was 5.4 and my 1/8 was 9.1.
Performance mods are only, K&N intake, Jacfab intake spacer, Jet Stage II chip and VTC.
Do those times sound about right?
(This new toy cost me a whopping $75 for everything and it's a blast!)

That is pretty cool! Always nice when you can add something to a car to enjoy without breaking the bank.

Saweet! I believe factory time for 0-60 on a manual is 5.8, so 5.4 is a good improvement.

I like it.
Just one more toy..
I figure if I get tired of it or when I install an Android unit in my dash the tablet can go to my 6 year old grandson....

I use the ELM type Wifi dongle for the OBD port. I think I got mine off of Amazon for less than $15. Not sure that you want to go with bluetooth as that could cause issues with the other bluetooth items in the vehicle. I have an ipad, but would expect that an Android device would connect via Wifi as well.

EDIT: Ah, Pete M is using the bluetooth dongle, so that will probably be fine too.

EDIT #2: Now that I've thought about it for a bit, I think I bought my Wifi dongle so that I could run Dash Command through Wifi while simultaneously using the bluetooth to connect to the radio for music.

I got a good magnetic vent holder, it was $25 off the shelf at Walmart. It's and iOttie or something like that
Clips to the A/C vent and magnetically holds the device.
I super glued the metal piece that goes on the phone to the back of the tablet since the glue was cheap.
The tablet is a RCA Voyager from Walmart.com. Cost me $35..

I use the Bluetooth to connect the dongle the tablet.
That way my phone can still connect to tell car for phone calls.
Was using the phone yesterday with the tablet working.
No problems encountered
