Question Reverse acting up

Ok so I got to get in my car and put it in reverse, but it wont go in.
Only way to get it in is to push as had as you can to the right and shove forward. Everything else with the trans is fine.
It just started doing this outta nowhere.

If the engine isn't running, it is much harder to do. It has to do with the reverse lockout solenoid.

I always do a 1st to 2nd shift before I shift to reverse. Seems to make it smoother and I dont get lockedout.

Might want to check your shifter bushings, this site has them for the CTS should be the same for the Camaro https://creative-steel.com/shop/08-1...fter-bushings/

The car was running.
The car had no issues. I backed it into the spot no issues. Came out the next day moved the car and as I tried to move it back in its spot reverse wouldn't go in.
I still drive the car all the time but reverse is a complete pain in the ass now.
It has the MGW shifter.

Check to see if the arms on the MGW came loose. If the shifter body isn't level, it will hard to get it into some gears. I had the problem in the past and fixed it by changing the shifter body angle by loosening the arms that go from the trans to the shifter, changing the shifter body angle and tightening the arms back up.
