I've been considering selling my 1-month-old 2LT/RS. It has like 1500 miles on it. Just not happy with it. Maybe this will be better....

This program starts Monday and ends November 30th. Does that mean the car has to be purchased in that time for it to be returned, or does my car still qualify since I'm current on payments and have less than 4k miles on it?

If you paid MSRP you might be better selling it rather than giving it back any way. I think people are still buying these things for over book.

how do the details of this work,, if the car is sold then returned it is now a used car,, who takes the loss??

Seems like some risks are involved. If your car incurs more than $200 in damage (repaired or not), it is no longer eligible for the program. A single door ding or scratch could put you over that limit. If your involved in any accident whatsoever you can't return the car either. You must also keep the car a minimum of 30 days. Also, dealer fees are NOT refundable.
