Our intention is to run the Full 3.15 mile course but we will need 75 paid entries otherwise the West Course only (2.0 miles - still a lot of fun) will be used. At Fest 6 we had no problem meeting this goal - and we used the Full course.

The cost is $225 per driver: Thursday, 8:30a - 5:00p.

PRE-SALE ONLY...Buy your Entry Passes HERE!!: CamaroFest7.com
(If you are going to run AutoX or Drags on Fri/Sat during at Beech Bend, we have a $300 discounted package for everything.)

We will run 20-minute sessions, driver groups to be determined by our participation. The track is hot from 8:30a to 5:30p, and we run as MUCH as we can get in. Remember...if you go off the track, that slows down everyone else's time to run... This is NOT a race... It is NOT timed... There are NO trophies!!! STAY ON THE TRACK AND HAVE FUN!!!

********************************************

NCM ROAD COURSE POLICIES:

- Convertibles must have an aftermarket roll bar, or they cannot run.

- Clothing Requirements: closed toe shoes. Long pants. Short sleeve shirts ok.

- Helmet Required: Snell 2005sa or later approved helmet.

- Passengers (1) ONLY allowed in the Advanced Driver Group. Passenger must have an approved helmet, and clothing (see above).

- Food/Beverages will be available for purchase at the track (but you can always bring a cooler with lunch, sandwiches, etc). NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED.

- Separate individual driver insurance can be purchased through NCM to completely cover you and your ENTIRE CAR. All drivers will be responsible for themselves and any property damaged to the NCM track.

- Sound Limits : A sound level instrument (meter) that meets American National Standards Institute (ANSI) S1.4-1983 Class 2 or better shall be used. The primary maximum for MSP Motorsports Park shall be a sound pressure level of 103dB “A” frequency weighted (dBA) measured on the fast response setting at 50 feet (+/- 2 feet) from the edge of the track pavement, and/or artificial markers indicating track edge. All sound readings shall be truncated to the lower whole number. (Anything after the decimal point is ignored.) All vehicles are required to have mufflers.

Post your name up, if you'd like to share that you're driving with us!!
(And remember, convince your friends...we want enough people to run that full course!)

*********************************

Driver Groups:

The exact configuration of driver groups will be determined in the very near future. For right now, we will run at the very least; Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced. Please see below for the general descriptions of each driver group.

Novice 1 - for drivers brand new to the hobby, 0 track days. Maybe some autocross. Never been to NCM.

Novice 2 - for drivers familiar with the road course environment. 1-3 track days and/or autocross experience. Never been to NCM.

Intermediate - for experienced drivers. These drivers have several track days under their belt, at different locations. NCM experience preferable, but not required.

Advanced - for long-experienced track rats and instructors. Many tracks, many cars, many years. NCM experience or Instructor status required.

To determine which driver group you will best fit into, please copy/past the following questions and answer them to the best of your ability in a post in this thread.

What clubs you have run track days with?
What tracks you have ran at?
Total number of track days...
Previous experience at this track and how many times.
Have you been previously solo approved, and if so where and by who? (Only required for "advanced" group)

Can we mount a cam in our car just using a window suction cup or Velcro? So we don't have to drill holes in the dash.
