Car wont start after minor work.

2010 just got new valve covers, fuel rail flip and heater hose relocation. Put everything back together and the car would start but back fire and run like shit. After doing that a few times trying different things I quit for about half an hour. Went to try it again and the car would just crank one time then stop. Someone suggested the coil harnesses were on wrong and gave be some pointers so I did what they suggested and car still would not start. Took a break, came back and now the car will just click and the interior lights will click along with it and the horn will Honk along with the clicks. I'm at a loss here. Any help is appreciated please...

Backfire and run rough? A typical symptom of mixing up the plug wires.
