Are we talking Tuesday as in YESTERDAY? Seems like maybe you need to chill out a little before calling the seller a thief... sounds like you ARE a bit over the top with the repeated texts and calls... Perhaps the guy has a job that doesn't allow him to drop everything to ship a set of headers the minute you want him to... and just out of curiosity, why didn't you just tell your side of the story in one post rather than 7?

Because I'm on a cell phone that doesn't cooperate with this website very well using the web browser makes it difficult.

When someone tells me they don't work and that they aren't going to send me the headers...they refuse to so instead there going to refund me the money...completely ignores me..THEN DOESNT SEND THE MONEY?? Tell me you wouldn't accuse that person? Or do anything to get your money back...its 24 hr at Walmart. Just because he wants to claim I'm rude. Doesn't mean he gets to keep my money and not send the product or refund money... Like who else would be chill about that. Like won't answer at all. If he would answer and be like yeah I'm gonna send soon or something... Not nothing.

This has been going on for a week long process. He shouldn't of told me...hey screw off I'm not sending you anything. And I'm gonna send money tommorow...then ignore me completely and not send the money. That doesn't seem innocent to me.

It started the process of agreement and sent 300 last week and last 300.00

If its because he didn't have the time why not just text or call or reply and tell me???

So you only paid him half the money until a day ago...and he was cool with waiting a week for you to send the rest of the money. Chill out. It sounds like he just got sick of you blowing up his phone every 5 minutes after you sent him the rest of the money he was willing to wait a week for. Also sounds like you're getting your money back, and he's not selling you his headers anymore as a result.

So did a reverse search online. Says phone number is not real, but does have this

Maybe not a scam. But I work for att and I know right now those are very hard to find. And during the rush of iPhone launch and company reserves none were to be unlocked.

Thats the same phone that texted me....also says it's not a real number...why should I chill out?

Maybe because it was only a day ago today that you paid for them. You did take a week to send all the money, why is it unreasonable to wait a day to get them shipped? The number is obviously good if he texted/called you from it. he probably blocked you because you were burning up his phone, and/or making threats. If you don't get a refund or headers within a week (which is how long it too YOU to pay for them) then I'd be concerned. Right now I'd just chill out. You really should just pay for stuff with paypal if you're that concerned with getting ripped off.

Ah yeah.... I still kept him in touch and let him know what was going on. Would like the same courtesy. I don't have a week to find out. I said it would take me that long. And it did. He said it
He would the next day. Didn't. Then said the next day. And still didn't send. As soon as I either receive the product or money I'll be done
