Power Seat Back Has Stopped Working

I have a 2012, the passenger power seat back has stopped working. I noticed this problem a few months ago. When I use the manual seat release to get into the back seat (to clean the rear window), then put the seat back the power back adjustment stopped working. The last time this happened I just pushed the seat back a little harder and it started working. This is no longer working

It is my understanding there is a micro switch to indicate the seat back is in the locked position (from another post). How do you get to this switch? Has anyone else had a problem with the power seat back adjustment not working?

Did you ever figure out the issue? I just picked up a 2014 RS Spring Edition convertible and the passenger seat will not recline. The seat makes a ticking noise and doesn't recline or incline.
