yup, i wave although i always wonder if the other person sees it since my windows are tinted.

I've only crossed paths with two 5th Gens. The first was a young guy, he waved back. The other was an old guy, like 60, he didn't wave back but he also didn't even seem to notice me. He just griped the wheel at 10 and 2 and looked straight ahead.

Its not about friends. Its about the lifestyle. The choice. Regardless of taste, we all made somewhat of the same choice in car. That puts us in the same boat a bit regardless of the options and power that we add. Everyone driving one has a positive feeling about it? Therefore.......the wave.

When they first came out, everyone would flash their halos. I still give a thumbs up, but only a small fraction ever respond anymore. I guess now that the market is getting saturated, they are just a common car ...

The kids still dig it, never get tired of hearing "Bumble Bee" !!!

I want to wave but I usually tend to wait and see if the other persons going to wave first and they dont.. so NO I guess I dont wave at least not 1st anyway

All the time! I even wave to Corvette owners, they usually give me the thumbs up or a wave back. Feel like im part of a club. haha

It's all about Camaro love, some people have it some people don't. I wave all the time, if they don't wave back oh well and I go on with my day.

I wave or rev depending on the mood.. I get other C5s doing the same back to me... Though, I'll get the occasional lack of interest from the other driver.

Yes! Before I traded in my 2LT/RS, I had an older gentlemen yell at me from his New white Corvette "Nice Car!"...made me feel pretty good. Down here in Florida, a Corvette requires a plump gut and a retiree!

head nods the way to go ......its just says ya we both "GET IT" and if they dont back i dont look like a tool waving at random people that dont acknowledge me lol....then continue on driving and looking for hybrids and electric cars to laugh at

(little do i kno they are laughing at me just as hard when im at the gas station for the third time in a week)
