New Driveway!

It's many years overdue but since the house is nearly paid for it's next to the last piece of the puzzle. We did the roof, trim and gutters last year. We did the garage doors and other rotted wood earlier this year.

The driveway was next and we will do our front steps (not pictured) as the last bit. I am so looking forward to being able to wash the cars barefoot!

It was not a cheap project (usually isn't with me, my patio and walkway cost me a small fortune) but WE love it.

The Hawk get's half the garage, my wife and her Prius get the other half (how she lives out there is beyond me ) and Bee (soon to be Deep Blue) get's the new driveway.

The album is here.

That's REALLY nice!!!

I'm also a fan of the asphalt with concrete boarders, as seen below.

It looks great!

Now let's get to the real issue. The Camaro sits outside while the Prius gets half of the garage?!?

I get it when it's snowing out, but seriously?!?

The agreement when we bought a house was my wife always got half of the garage no matter how many cars I have. My Firehawk is a garage queen so she get's the other half. Besides the fact that the driveway always looks way cooler with the Camaro in it.

The upside is it's my kitchen so I get to throw her out of it regularly!

You're doing this wrong.

YOUR garage, HER kitchen. Unless she can't cook.
