Don't have the dyno sheet yet. The guy told me that it wouldn't look like a normal dyno sheet because of the flash of the stall in the th400. Dyno numbers were 595 and 525 I believe but it was on a loaded mustang dyno. Said crank hp should be around 750

With an auto your more like 18% drive train loss so crank that would be around 700BHP.

IM 776 crank with 675rwhp on LS3

A turbo 400 is a pretty notorious power eater. A built one won't break, but it won't win you any dyno contests either. Add a high stall speed converter and you can really see some disappointing numbers. The numbers look a whole lot better when you can hook it at the track though

Yes sir th400 eats up whp. I've been trying to get to RPR in baytown to see what it'll do but haven't had time. Eventually I'll do twins or a bigger sc to get to about 1kwhp but for now I'd like to turn up the boost on this small blower to see what it'll do. That's the good thing about saying I have 600whp but spanking higher hp cars

Really dependant on weather as well. I'm with the 2.8 pulley in cool weather with 12 to 13 psi and 675 to the wheels. But that is with E85 and meth. You should try going back with the stock crank pulley. And maybe the 2.8 pulley.

Me and you are making the psi but you are on the 2.8 while I'm on the 3.2 as far as you having 675whp it's good but every dyno is different. I'm looking to see if there is anyone going on higher boost with my set up. And if I go back to the stock crank pulley I'd be taking a step back.

I agree on keeping the o/d crank pulley. You might look at the idler closest to your blower pulley. If there's room, you can increase the diameter of that pulley to increase belt wrap on your blower pulley. Upgrade the tensioner. Find the shortest Continental Elite belt that will fit. That's the old Goodyear Gatorback design. I've had good luck with those on TVS blowers. Short of adding more ribs, that's about all I can think of to help.

What would be a upgrade from the tensioner that I have now?

It's a ECS tensioner.

I missed the part about the ECS tensioner. They make good stuff. You're probably good there.

Ok thanks. I'll keep an eye on that belt you recommended. Im waiting on the cool weather to come through maybe it'll go up close to 15psi

Here is a link to the belts. They grip good and don't stretch much. Not too many holes in the sizing either. Only problem is that not too many retailers carry them. So, you can't go grab a handful of them to find the one that's right. http://www.veyance.com/ProductsDetail.aspx?id=3128
