newbie needs ecm help???
2010 2ss swapped manual trans and ls3 for auto trans. and l99.wanting to program non original ecm for new set up. some people are saying global a car ecm can not be reprogramed for a different vin number. anyone on here have their own experience with this?? thanks in advance..
