Good affordable pressure washer

Hello,

Does anyone have any recommendation for a descent pressure washer? Around 100-250?

I think you're going to have go up in price, Sam's Club has an 1700 psi electric power washer that look o.k for a low price electric , if you want to go gas you'll probably need to start at $300 for a power washer.

Many of the electric power washer don't have the quick release you want, the Sam's Club one does.

Karcher and AR Blue Clean are good electric models that I have owned or used in the past, but you won't find many of those in your price range.

Last summer I picked up a $99 Greenworks electric from Lowes, mainly b/c I wanted a smaller pressure washer to conserve space in my garage. This one does have the quick disconnects and is pretty powerful for its size - 1500psi at 1.4gpm - more than sufficient for any car cleaning needs and can run a foam cannon as well. Its really a small / compact unit so I'm really happy with it.

Also for very little money you can buy a series of connectors, a separate trigger, and a 1/4" threaded pipe and create your own 'shorty' foam cannon out of an MTM hydro. I'll get some pics of mine up shortly. Much nicer than swapping it at the end of the wand.

We will be offering the MTM units soon... the custom trigger assembly probably not b/c not all pressure washers are setup the same so it wouldn't work for everyone.

Absolutely. Shoot me a PM with a make/model of your PW or just a picture of the hose & wand assembly... I can let you know what adapters (if any) you'll need.

I bought a greenworks 1500 psi electric from lowes for $99 works great and it's small and easy to handle and store. It's bright green in color they keep them in stock. Good for household stuff and washing cars or boats. I did my brick and concrete driveway and it looks new.

I recently bought the snap on 2000 psi electric from menards. Not really sure if it pumps out 2000 psi but it does work very well. I love the wind up hose and quick change tips. I put a couple of quick disconnects on it so setup and cleanup is a snap. Watch for their sales. I caught this for $200

Here is a link.

I purchased the 79 dollar one from Harbor Freight to keep in my RV. I think it is rated at around 1700psi. I fired it up to make sure it worked and was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. Should be fine for my occasional RV washes.
