Tuning question
I have an HPtuner and am in the process of learning, which means A LOT of reading. I have an immediate issue that needs addressed and I'm hoping those of you with some tuning experience can help me. I've installed a DIY cold air intake and am getting long term lean bank 1 and 2 DTCs. I'm guessing that the reason for the DTCs is that the engine is just getting too much air. Can somebody give me a walkthru or at least point me in the right direction to the process in which I would adjust my tune to maximize for the new air intake?
I'd greatly appreciate the help. thanks Darth |

Read up on the HP Tuners forum about how to properly tune your MAF. It's not a case of the engine getting too much air... it's a case of the intake throwing your MAF calibration out the window.
