Hood inserts over TVS

Those out there with a TVS2300... Any hood inserts like DJ grilles or HEX being used? Or even the zl1 style inserts or dura flex? Enough clearance for the Maggie?

SLP makes a hood vent similar to the 2014 heat extractor that is suppose to fit with the supercharger. I thought about getting it on mine, but I haven't seen anyone with it installed yet.

That does look pretty awesome for that price. I wonder how it would install in a hood that needs to be cut...

If you follow the steps on this link, it will be the same setup. I've been thinking about doing this for months now.

I have hex vents over my TVS 2300 with no issues. I did not install the trays because i wanted to vent as much Vegas heat from the supercharger. I dont know if using the trays will cause clearance issues.
