They are reworking their email system, and Ryan isn't as active on here lately, busy working. It is actually best to call them and talk to James. Anytime I call, I always get through.

This is probably every parts shop and tuner's busiest time of year. Everyone is getting their cars back out of storage and ready to spend those tax checks! Well, everyone except for those losers in warm climates who drive year round, screw them.

They are busy. I’d call GPI and ask for James Zajac. HE handles the scheduling. Ask me how I know ;o)

tel: 501-985-4947

mailto:james@gwatneyperformance.com

He’s is the one to contact now...

Edit fixed typo

I know James Zajac, he's the Service Manager, and always has set up my appointments. Didn't know if there was also a Zantac or if it were a typo. I figured you probably meant Zajac

I sent that guy an email, see if I get a response. Any other reputable tuners you'd care to recommend to give a basic custom HPTuners tune for my car? Will have full exhaust, CAI for now and then later a Circle D 5C converter.

Or those who write a check at tax time instead of receiving a refund!
