It took awhile to grow on me but she loved it from the get go.
It does really look amazing on the Blue Ray Metallic. Here was her first 5th gen we traded for the SS It was a 2012 LS but was a 45th even though it was not an anniversary edition. |

Hood wrapped in 3M 1080 Satin Black. The side stripes are in Matte Black and in certain light are barely visible due to the Cyber Gray. I only installed the side stripes to hide the paint shadowing from the previous stripes. This is an older picture and doesn't show the matte black front bumper vinyl that goes under the headlights and grill. I don't remember what that's called.
I wish I could remove my side stripes but the shadowing is that bad. Luckily they cover it up perfectly. The seconds picture shows how the light makes the stripes kinda disappear, especially at night. Very subtle. Good lord, just noticed the street lamp made my front caliper look terrible and faded. It still looks brand new and bright red like in the 1st pic.

For real man. It's cool to see how different people's tastes and styles are and to imagine how different yet familiar they feel when driven. It really helps to get ideas out there that maybe someone would never think of when it comes to mods and themes. I would be lying if I said I hadn't borrowed ideas from quite a few people here after seeing pics of their cars.
