Update* LOL it’s def a header gasket leak, had a buddy rev the motor to 5-6k rpm and saw a flame/spark where the gasket meets the head

I have Speed Engineering headers and mine had the metal gaskets too. Look almost identicle to GM. Did you use a torque wrench when installed? Thread locker?
Holy Crap! rev 5-6K? Well you definately dont have anything bent or broken freewheeling at that speed and holding together. lol

Used speeds gaskets and had them for 3 years almost lol and nah car drives fine doesn’t even feel like it’s misfiring. As far as having them torqued to spec I can’t remember if I did or not lol but if not that might be the issue why these let go a little

Sounds like a bolt backed out. I was amazed reading my service manual that GM says to use Red thread locker on the stock manifold bolts. That's scary but I guess the heat generated in that area really attacks the thread locker so it's less effective. I'm not suggesting you do that, just saying.
