Hey man seen you have a nick Williams 102mm throttle body. I'm wanting to order it but seen people have issues with it, which one do you have? The regular one or the boosted application one?

I have both versions. I had the non boosted version and it was fine. There are parameters that are now adjustable in HPtuners for the error that causes the blade to close. In addition, I ran it with our snout which creates lift on the back of the blade, which helps with the commanded opening % vs actual % error. I only switched to the boosted version so I wouldnt have a potential issue on the dyno when I aim for 1000rwhp on E85. I have two extra NW standard versions on the shelf if you end up wanting one, just PM me. They are my personal extras.

NW102 regular, no issues at 800+rwhp, I'm sure Ted J. has the settings spot on.

Car hit the dyno after the ice bucket went in...... Huge difference in IAT's and looks like I'll get her back later this week or early next week as long as the new lid is done.

Now I just need someone to get a bigger snout out already and get a 102mm TB/CAI setup.

We should be testing our snout late next week, depending on the dyno. My motor is getting new rings, so I found someone local with a fresh big cube/boost build to do a back to back to back test on. When it does go into my car, I am definitely going to modify my existing CAI box for a 4.5" tube and filter, probably with a velocity stack filter mount. I will post up parts and sources, as we don't plan on manufacturing one. The CTS-V guys with 102mm TBs see decent gains because of the ID of the intake tube being at least as big as the 102mm TB.

I'm pretty sure JLT makes a 4.5 intake tube it's for a stock ls3 intake could fit with some adjustments. I don't have a magnuson anymore :( I hated that it didn't whine and I ordered a RDS spacer that never got here so I filed a claim and won. Goin with twins now.

No problem, i dont have the whine problem with a cog drive I just love TVS blowers on street cars, 80k miles easy before even a blower oil change.

Twins are awesome, I have turbo cars as well!

In the pic, I tested it with an 8 rib belt while I waited on my 10 rib belt to come in. I did not try a 6 rib belt to see if it would slip at my power level.
Any progress on the 8-rib kit?

Ive started making some of the pulleys, but we generally really recommend the 10 rib for most people. The only real cost difference will be the water pump, and our cost with the pump ends up being about the same as a pieced together 8 rib kit. I am working it though, possibly with a powerbond 8 rib, as ATI doesnt make an 8 rib for the Camaro.
