SC snout pulley or overdrive lower pulley

SC snout pulley 2.55 or 10% overdrive lower pulley, which one makes the most power/boost? The SC 2.55 pulley install maybe out of my league to do it myself. Will I have to get a tune for either or these? The 2015 zl1 is stock except for a CAI...

Lower, snout is not s job for those without some experience. Even the lower isn't always easy
Need a good LS puller and knowledge of the AC belt removal etc
Pretty sure you need to change some tune parameters even at 10%

there are pros and cons. The upper pulley requires more labor and removal of the snout to press on the pulley. Many people believe be doing the lower pulley you will not void the warranty of the supercharger, I personally think any modification to the S/C overdrive would risk warranty void.

here is a very good thread on this subject, specifically what you may achieve with a modest pulley increase and no tune

I recommend Jannetty's 75rwhp package or 125rwhp package. Ted has posted a video on you tube why he suggests the lower pulley instead of the upper. The larger lower pulley will have more surface area contact with the belt.
