Installed my METRA kit and everything works fine , but...... no peeping from PDC.....
Pioneer head unit with external amplifiers installed. Does PDC work with your METRA installation with the OEM amplifier ???
Any ideas or hints welcome :-)

If PDC is your backup senors... then I have heard the Metra kit DISABLES back up senors.

Park assist. Anyone with METRA has it working ????

No PDC, so I cant help...

And the solution for aftermarket amplifiers is .........:

You have to cut the white/whiteblack wires between 44pin harness and METRA blackbox and connect a small speaker to these 2 wires coming out of the blackbox, and voila -> park assist and other chimes are back

I also have a metra kit and my parking sensors and all my bells and whistles still work fine. I hope you didn't pay to have it installed because if you did it doesn't sound like it was by a reputable shop.
