Will this hurt my car?

Saw this video on YouTube, looks fun and useful for a car meetup where everyone is reving their engines. Will this hurt your car in any way? It might be a dumb question because a rev limit is set to protect your car but people do a simple tune to remove it.

100% this is bad for your transmission. You can do it. You won't break your transmission the first time, but don't do it often.
