I ordered a custom spec cam from a non forum vendor during this same time frame. It arrived at my door exactly one week after I ordered it. I tried to order from another vendor before placing this order. This vendor said it would be a couple of weeks before he could even place the order because he was way behind on his cam orders. In other words, he was too busy to order my cam. Shoot. I called around until I found a vendor that could order the cam the same day I placed the order.
You can order direct from Comp Cams, it just costs more. Maybe $429 plus shipping if memory serves. I think mine cost $379 delivered through a vendor. |
