Boost & AFR
What's a safe AFR to shoot for with meth and 92 pump gas? If anyone could recommend a good AFR wide band gauge? Think I'm going to pick one up. Thanks.

AEM, innovative.
AFR, depends on timing, compression, etc. Anywhere from 10.5-11.5 IMO, depending a lot on how much meth and how reliant on meth you want it.

Thanks for the info. After some reading, thinking a 11:1 is a safe A/F with pump.

11:1 is safe, but what is it off meth. One thing to look at is if the meth fails what is it? How much meth are you spraying? Is that 11:1 on meth and 11.5:1 off, or 12:1 off? Or is that 11:1 off meth and 10.5 or richer on meth?
I like to run them ~10.8-10.9 on meth, then 11.5 off meth if possible on a basic setup, that way if the meth isn't working, no big deal, isn't lean.

And you dont say whether 5psi or 50psi.
At low boost even 11.0:1 AFR is very rich, even more so with meth |

Even at that sort of boost I'd have no issue going to high 11's. Maybe even pushing low 12's with the meth
Certainly no need to run as rich as 11 flat though |

I have the aem wide/band boost gauge, and love it. im running 91/meth combo and still in the 11.4-11.5 range with single nozzle meth setup, no issues running 12/13 lbs of boost.

This is my first LS, as well as power adder build and I have a question about boost gauges. I'm using Auto Meter Ultra lite II gauges in my 69 Camaro. Do I need a gauge with boost and vacuum or just boost or does it even make a difference? Max on boost down the road would be less than 12 psi. Mechanical or electric?
