Have You Ever Raced For Pink Slips?
I haven't and don't plan on it.
 Just wondering if anyone has? What car was it and did you win or lose. If you won what car did you get?

No way in hell would I race for pinks. You can have the fastest car on Earth but sh*t still happens. It's not worth the risk.

Never raced for pinks, but did throw the pink slip to my car into the pot in a friendly game of Acey- Deucey that ended up real serious. Started with $.25 antes, and within a few minutes, there was a mountain of cash, jewelry, IOUs, personal checks, and the pink slip to my car (not my Camaro, brethren and sistren, but still a freakin' car!).
However, with all four of us friends looking pretty scared, and knowing that it could lead to hard feelings eventually, the four of us pow- wowed, and all agreed to put a stop to it, divide the pot back up as fairly as we could. So, we didn't end up being manly men for that round, but not one of us disagreed with that decision. And, I knew a dude in high school, who inherited a fortune when he turned 18. Started buying cars and drugs... and when you are THAT wealthy, who needs insurance? He kept wrecking his cars (including the sweetest IROC I've ever known). Within months, his fortune was gone, half in wrecked cars, and half in narcotics... the LAST thing he owned was an older Corvette, which he lost in a poker game. I guess that game wasn't so friendly, because that car was gone, gone, gone. Last I saw of Shawn was when he asked if he could "borrow" $2 from me to put gas in some old, barely- running Monza that he was borrowing from somebody. Fortune won, fortune lost... six months.
