Hey Guys, any secrets to help pull or repair a 1"x1" hail or rock dent off the top of the roof? Thanks!

Get a pro to do it. These guy can work magic.

The best advice is probably pro PDR as mentioned above. However, if you're the DIY type, you can find some pretty inexpensive hot glue PDR kits that use plastic sticks and a bridge puller, if you'd like to give it a try.
