the thread search feature isn't working for me. new owner and have simple question. I just bought a 2015 1LE. it doesn't have the plastic engine cover on top. Is it supposed to have one? and second are all ss engine covers the same? meaning will a 2010 SS engine cover snap onto my 15 1LE?

That's what I figured. All looked the same but I asked an online seller and they said no. But the way they wrote it made me think they didn't know much... but now I've had the car for couple days I've never open the hood once again so I'm not really sure I even want to spend the hundred dollars and buy the cover for nothing.

I like it better without the cover anyway. I took mine off and the rest was history.

Anybody got a link on taking out the two back bolts that are under the windshield wiper area that hold down the intake manifold?

Is this response to me sorry forget to look at thread sometimes? I assume so, i actually have one just not in that picture. I redid my tubing and put the abs bracket behind the passenger tire and made a shield for it. It is mounted sideways and have never had an issue with it that way. After getting wider tires though is a real pain for turning too tight. I would have put it in the cabin air filter area and built a custom bracketName: 20140414_210523.jpg
