anybody else going??? I would like to get my suspension changed before I go to the track but I don't think that will happen.

I'll be there. Been there before with stock suspension/tires. It will perform just fine. You bought a muscle car, not a family sedan.

I might see you there! do you know if they have a lap timer beacon set up at these events? we always have one set up for motorcycle trackdays.

You can rent a transmitter for the day to put in your car, it's like $10. That's what I did last time out, as it is nice to see your lap times and gauge your improvement.

I have a lap timer.. just don't know if it will work with their beacon.

hope to make it there. It will be a last minute deal for me since I work "on call". I assume you can sign up day of.

I'm pretty sure you should be able to show up and pay when you get there. The guys who run this seem to be pretty decent!! Hopefully it doesn't rain Sunday - I know it said a 30 or 40% chance of scattered rain but that could change

I met Brunsy out at the track. It was a fun day and I got to ride in a couple different cars. My car is waiting on some new half shafts and rear end at the dealership, so I didn't make it with my car. I will probably make their next track days which are Aug 7th & 8th.

it was a great time, as always. A little wet at first but the track dried up fast. It was good to meet Nate and his Subaru buddies. Thanks for the pics and stuff Nate, hope your car is back running again real soon!

ok iowa guys and gals, summer is winding down fast!! before we know it, it will be time to put our babies away before the snow hits. so i think we really need to get a iowa meet and greet put together. seems like we are the only ones who haven't had one yet. i can talk to the guy who owns Heartland Rod and Custom about hosting it at his shop, i would think he would be on board. it is a nice area and right off 80 in Tiffin. I will work at this very hard if i can get some good solid numbers. I would love to see at least ten or more, not counting Nate or myself. chadfire98@yahoo.com is my email if ideas on things. i work for a rental store so i could see about getting a jumping house for anyone bringing kids, and also a big grill to cook on and tables and chairs. so what do you guys think??
