Did they put the track pack on them that costs like 4500 extra? Also were the Camaros RS's with 20" all around while the Mustangs had probably 18 and 19? Even Top Gear when they did the camaro finally they put it up against a mercedes AMG that costs about 40K more than the Camaro does lol. I wonder which is going to be better.

Take Motor Trend for instance. When they did their initial muscle car shootout between, Camaro, 'Stang and Challenger last year, Camaro won. In that review MT raved about Camaro's "fresh, bold styling". In fact, it was that styling that nudged Camaro to 1st place. Of course, the Mustang guys went crazy in their feedback letters. Recently, MT turns around and downgraded the Camaro for its "Cartoonish styling...SAME freaking sheet metal, only a year later. Get the idea? Alfie

So? Does that make you want a Mustang over a Camaro?

As i have said before:
Rising water raises all ships! Each manufacturer is in competition with one another. These types of debates will rage on forever. Bottomline is a lot depends on the individual driver. The BS about the magazines being slanted one way or another is just that BS! Things change repeatedly. Drivers, ambient conditions, vehicles. Actually, I get kind of tired of enthusiasts bashing the auto press every time they publish something with which we may not agree. Even worse is constantly buying into anecdotal information on the web which has no basis in fact or actual testing. Being in the business I am, I appreciate repeatability and uniform testing procedurea. Just because someone says something, doesn't always make it a verifiable fact. It all leads to improvement and motivation to change based on competition. Good heavens, lighten up folks it is part of the game. Ya gotta understand these simple concepts about competition. Numbers validated as such are repetitive versus anecdotal. So what Ii love my Camaro. Kudos to Ford for improving the car. GM's turn to do their thing!
